Chris is the Founder and Broker of Record for Kandell Properties Group, Inc. With more than a decade of experience across commercial and residential real estate sales, mortgage loan origination, and property management, Chris brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry to every client relationship. He earned his Real Estate Salesperson license at the age of 21 and became a licensed Real Estate Broker by 26, demonstrating early dedication and leadership in the field.

He has been actively involved in key areas of the real estate industry, gaining valuable experience with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Carmel, Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco, and Shankle Real Estate, Inc. in Monterey before establishing his own brokerage. These roles provided Chris with a strong foundation in sales, investment strategy, and client relations, shaping the comprehensive approach he brings to KPG today. 

Chris's deep understanding of financial structuring, property valuation, and deal negotiation enables him to consistently maximize investor returns while mitigating risk. Chris continues to build enduring partnerships with sophisticated investors and home owners seeking reliable expertise and measurable outcomes in an evolving real estate landscape. 

Outside of real estate, Chris has a strong passion for high-end timepieces. He also collaborates with one of the most reputable jewelers on California's Central Coast, where he provides exceptional client service and assists in the sale of some of the world's most exclusive and rare timepieces. 

Chris currently resides in Carmel, California, where he continues to cultivate his professional and personal pursuits with the same dedication and precision that define his real estate career.
